Adam Lawrance
Financial Advisor and Founder
Adam started Lawrance Private Wealth to engage with clients at the personal level, provide them with ‘world-class’ access and opportunity to make a genuine investment in their lives, outcomes and legacy.
Clients include high-net-worth individuals and families, senior executives, business owners, and ‘For Purpose’ entities.
Adam invests the time to learn your unique needs and personal circumstances before working with you to develop a plan to help achieve your respective financial goals and objectives.
Above all else, Adam and the team take pride in their firm’s independence. Our interests are completely aligned with yours.
Adam holds a Master of Financial Planning, Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University, a Professional Diploma of Stockbroking and is an accredited ADA 2.

Sam Colman
Financial Advisor and Director
Sam has worked with professionals and family groups for both large and boutique organisations since 2013 and has industry experience in both Australia and the UK.
Sam is a specialist in strategic planning, allowing him to apply knowledge of the industry and its platforms and products to better attend to our client’s unique problems, needs and objectives to formulate appropriate strategies and solutions.
He works closely with a team of specialists, accountants, solicitors, and the like, to develop efficient and effective solutions to meet the Family Group and ‘For Purpose’ Organisation requirements.
He brings a compliance-driven, ethical and strategic advice approach to all aspects of his work.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Business Management and Economics from The University of Canberra. Sam also has the coveted Certified Financial Planner® designation from the Financial Planning Association of Australia.

Joseph Hoey
Provisional Financial Advisor
Joe is the 'rational voice’ of the team. He is on track to become an accomplished advisor, currently completing his professional year.
With a foundation in Business Services Accounting, Joseph excels in strategic advice, particularly for small businesses with a keen focus on intergenerational wealth transfer.
His background in accounting, focus on secure retirement planning and seamless wealth transfer sets him apart.
Hailing from Central Western New South Wales, Joseph is passionate about extending quality financial advice to regional communities, aligning seamlessly with Lawrance Private Wealth's community outreach efforts.
Joseph's versatility spans diverse client backgrounds, ensuring tailored financial solutions for each individual or business.
Joseph holds a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University.
Joseph is also a Graduate (Affiliate) member of the Financial Advice Association of Australia (FAAA).

With extensive experience in wealth accumulation and retirement planning, Leanne focuses on long-term outcomes, ensuring her clients are supported with effective strategies.
Her client-focused approach prioritises high-quality service and tailored solutions.
Leanne performs the advice function and the development of quality standards, possessing a strong attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional standards of client service.
No two clients are the same, and advice should be individually tailored. Building a trusted relationship is key to achieving this.
Leanne brings over 20 years of experience in financial advice, including experience as an advisor.
Leanne holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning.
Liam Robinson

Liam is a dedicated young associate passionate about helping clients achieve financial freedom through strategic investment research, tailored early retirement planning and wealth preservation techniques.
He prioritises clients’ needs and objectives in achieving their desired financial position, seeking to provide a service that leaves everyone informed of the risks and the right options for them.
Liam’s background results in a passion for clients’ financial literacy and bridging the gap between financial planners and the people they serve.
Liam brings external interests into areas of his work; he likes to build connections with clients and ease them through times of unease as they take the “financial plunge” and secure their financial future.
Liam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with Majors in Financial Planning and is currently undertaking a Master of Financial Planning to affirm his knowledge and skills.
